Deposits

The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your confirmation, typically several weeks before departure.

Cancellations are subject to charges based on how far in advance you cancel.
Some supplier costs (flights, cruise cabins, event tickets) may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method.
